Troubleshooting
Agents briefly says I have no conversations
When you first open Agents, the page can show "No conversations yet" for a moment before your real session list finishes loading. If you have past conversations, wait a second and it will fill in on its own; don't take that first flash at face value.
A saved session won't finish loading
If a conversation spins forever without showing its messages, leave the page and reopen it from the Sessions list. If it still won't load after a fresh try, contact support with the conversation's name so it can be checked.
An automation needs a connection
If a banner on the automation says This automation needs a connection, the instruction or template you picked needs an outside account (like Gmail or Todoist) linked first. Select the banner's link to connect it, then save the automation again.
My chat or automation is not answering, or answers strangely
- Check AI settings: if you connected your own Claude, Codex, or Kimi subscription and it shows disconnected, reconnect it or switch your preferred default back to the built-in engine.
- Check your credit balance in the top bar. A reply needs at least one credit.
An automation ran when I didn't expect it to
Check its schedule on the automation's detail page. Turning its toggle off on the Routines list stops future runs without deleting it, so you can turn it back on later. If it's firing from a webhook or a form, check what's calling that URL, since anything posted there fires the routine.
A run failed
You'll get an email from support@devghouse.com naming the automation, why it failed, and a link straight to that run. This happens for any failed run, scheduled or fired by hand with Run now. Open the run's Live room from the automation's Runs list to see exactly where it stopped, and adjust the instruction, the connection, or the budget cap before running it again.
I don't see a feature described here
Agents and Automation are always on, but a routine that touches a specific feature (Blog, SEO, and so on) still needs that feature turned on for your workspace. Check your dashboard's modules area, and make sure you're in the right workspace, personal account and each shared workspace can have different features turned on. Check the switcher at the top of the page.
I still need help
Open Support from your workspace and start a ticket. Include what you were trying to do, which workspace you were in, and, if you have one, the conversation or automation's name.
