Answers to the questions people run into most often while launching, trading or browsing on Crypto.

Troubleshooting

The header shows me signed out right after I log in

This clears itself. On some pages the very first thing you see loads before your session is confirmed, then corrects itself a moment later. If it doesn't, reload the page.

I can't get past the entry fee screen

Launching or trading needs a one-time entry fee first (1000 credits, or $10). If your credit balance doesn't cover it, either add credits (click your balance in the top bar) or pay with SOL, USDC, PUMP or DGH directly from the same screen. See Credits and the entry fee. To leave that screen without paying, click the logo in the top left to return to the Crypto home page.

My coin's video doesn't play on its pump.fun page

A video you attach at launch is saved correctly in your coin's metadata, but pump.fun's own player doesn't always stream every external video. Your coin page on DevGhouse always shows it correctly either way.

Clicking Predictions takes me somewhere unfamiliar

Predictions is a separate DevGhouse product with its own site and, in some environments, its own separate sign-in. If it asks you to sign in again, that's expected; it isn't sharing your Crypto session.

My coin's price chart shows an error

The chart embedded on a coin's page comes from a third-party provider (Dexscreener). If it looks like it's still loading or briefly shows a placeholder, that's a display quirk on their end. The price and market cap numbers next to it come from DevGhouse directly and are accurate regardless.

Something else

If a page doesn't behave the way this guide describes, refresh it first; most one-off glitches clear on a reload. If it keeps happening, note the exact page and what you clicked, and reach out through your workspace's support channel.
