Signing up is free
Creating your account and setting up your venue costs nothing. Running your floor, taking orders, and managing reservations, staff, and shifts don't cost credits either.
Your restaurant's own credit balance
Credits work the same way everywhere on DevGhouse: $1 = 100 credits. Your restaurant has its own balance, separate from your personal account and from any other workspace you're part of. Click Credits in the top bar to top it up.
What credits pay for
Credits are spent on the AI work your restaurant chooses to use, like keeping your public site and menu descriptions current. During setup you picked an AI lane for this in the third onboarding step:

| Claude Code, Codex CLI, or Kimi CLI (bring your own) | A flat 1 credit per successful run, nothing on a failed one. You connect your own subscription; the work runs as your own account. |
| DevGhouse Proxy (no account needed) | Real provider cost × 1.5, charged in credits, nothing on a failed run. Nothing to connect. |
You can change your AI lane later from Settings if your needs change.
Topping up
Click Credits in the top bar from anywhere in your dashboard to open the top-up panel. You can pay with crypto (SOL, DGH, or USDC) or move credits in from your personal DevGhouse balance if you have some there.
